Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges are possible as long as it is completed within 7 days from purchase date. We kindly ask that all valid returns must be unworn or opened with attached tags and packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Le Bajo Shop will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication as well as a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your goods back to the vendors, as Le Bajo Shop is responsible for any merchandise purchased under our platforms. You can address it to our Store at Jl. Babadan No.89, Pererenan
There are strictly no refunds, but exchange or store credit can be provided upon inspection and approval - however, this does not apply for Pre-Order items. All Pre-Order purchases are final and are not subject to any exchanges. Purchase of sale times - discounted and promotional merchandise - are final and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. Le Bajo Shop does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer.
All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (i.e. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer's responsibility. In the case of an exchange the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the shipment details during checkout and re-shipping. If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between Le Bajo Shop and the customer directly. Le Bajo Shop's terms and conditions will apply.
