Shipping & Delivery
We accept online orders 24 hours 7 days a week, including weekends, but order(s) will only be processed on operational hours 12 noon - 5pm every Monday and Thursday, due to adjusted store opening times following government regulations and safety measures. All orders will be processed at least 1 day after your payment confirmation is sent to our email.
An order is considered complete after all of the following condition is fulfilled:
- You have completed payment as stated in the invoice
- You have received an email confirmation that the order has been confirmed
- Your order have been delivered to the stated shipping address
We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, due to one or more of the following reasons:
- Authorization of your payment has failed
- Lebajoshop.com have made a pricing or product description error
- Product is out of stock
- Force Majeure circumstances
If any of these conditions occur we will contact you for possible refund/exchange services. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns page for more information.
For customers in Jakarta/Bali who places orders through Direct Message and WhatsApp, we offer Gojek/Grab services from Niniveh Space/Le Bajo Bali to your designated address. Any agreements regarding delivery made on said basis will be handled independently between our sales team and the customer, including any incurring charges as delivery fee will be at the customer's expense.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT AND THE CHARGES ARE DETERMINED BY THE SIZE OF YOUR ORDER IN TOTAL COST. IN SOME CASES WHEN ITEMS OF HEAVY WEIGHT OR IRREGULAR SIZE ARE ORDERED, ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES MAY APPLY. IN THESE CASES, CUSTOMERS WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL AND ASKED TO PAY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES.
